We educate<\/h2>\n

Our key objective according to the National Health Programme is to increase the number of years of healthy life and reduce social inequalities in health.<\/p>\n

We educate and raise public awareness of the most commonly diagnosed diseases. We help to recognise how much we ourselves can do for our health and the health of our loved ones. To what extent the right lifestyle, the right attitude and prevention can actually help us stay healthy.<\/p>\n

This is how we do it:<\/h2>\n

– we prepare free handbooks for patients in various health categories<\/p>\n

– we are a partner of the popular magazine \u201cZdrowa wiedza\u201d (pol. Healthy Knowledge), which is available free of charge in medical centres for thousands of patients<\/p>\n

– we are the owner of the 2017 report “Falls of the elderly – causes and consequences”, which shows that they are one of the most serious causes of impairment for seniors: in people over 65 years of age, they are the leading cause of injury-related death. Falls belong to the group of so-called “huge geriatric issues”<\/p>\n

Throughout our 10-year history, we have hosted meetings and webinars on health and created videos on urgent health issues – you can find a repository of historical content here<\/p>\n
