We provide support

The NEUCA Foundation for Health was established in order to even more effectively fulfill the social mission in health care pursued by the NEUCA Group.

What projects are eligible for support?

Based on the adopted principles of granting, we provide support for activities with such objectives as:

  • improving patients’ access to modern forms of treatment and rehabilitation, including pharmacotherapy
  • improvement of health care standards in groups of particular concern and those threatened with social exclusion, such as the unemployed, homeless, addicts, people with disabilities, single people
  • promotion of prevention and health education
  • support for education and lifelong learning of health care professionals.

Forms of support

NEUCA Foundation For Health provides support in the following forms:

  • financial donations
  • in-kind donations (medicines, medical equipment, hygiene products, etc.).

Application procedure

Applicants shall send by e-mail and by post a filled-in application form together with their consent to the processing of personal data. The completed application, signed consent to personal data processing and attachments should be sent by post to: NEUCA Foundation for Health, Forteczna 35-37, 87-100 Toruń.

Applications are initially reviewed by the Social Policy Coordinator. The evaluation criteria are:

  • compliance with the statutory objectives of the NEUCA Foundation for Health
  • correctness in formal terms ( complete applications, legal personality of the applicant, etc.).

Applications are then submitted to the Social Policy Council. The Council meetings are held four times a year ( upon the end of the quarter).

The Commission is guided by the following criteria when evaluating applications:

  • degree of compliance with the statutory objectives of the NEUCA Foundation for Health
  • significance of the project for the social welfare (highest social return on investment of the awarded funds)
  • practicality and feasibility of the project objectives.

Once the applications have been reviewed, a protocol of the Foundation’s Social Policy Council meeting is drawn up. All applicants are informed whether they have been granted – or not – the requested amount or part thereof.

The Foundation’s Board reserves the right not to consider applications submitted on any form other than the one provided by the Foundation.

Social Policy Council

  • The Social Policy Council of the NEUCA Foundation For Health is responsible for reviewing applications for support.

The Commission is empowered to determine the granting and form of support.

Rules for providing support
